Author of an accepted abstract is invited (but not required) to submit a full paper of 5–10 pages. Full papers will be reviewed by session organizers and/or committee members. Accepted and presented full papers will be included in the final IFCES proceedings after the conference. Note that author(s) must register and pay the conference registration fee in order to present a paper at IFCES.
Excellent full papers submissions can be selected and recommended to be published in journals including Engineered Science, ES Materials & Manufacturing, ES Energy & Environment, ES Food & Agroforestry, ES General and Advanced Composites and Hybrid Materials. Journals can reject the paper for not meeting the quality standards and has the following policies on conference publications:
1. Papers submitted need to have a minimum length of 5 pages.
2. Papers should have no more than 30% overlap with prior publications.
3. Every paper should include references and the amount of references should be proportionate to the work.
4. For papers to be acceptable in journal, authors need to ensure that the papers fall within the Scope of journals. Correct results and acceptable English are also required.
All full papers will be checked and finalized for inclusion in the IFCES Proceedings after the conference, which will be submitted for publication in publishing journals. Thus, feedbacks/comments from conference presentation may affect the decision to include or exclude a paper from the final Proceedings. Please note that the publisher reserves the right to revoke the acceptance (and retract) the publication in some extreme circumstances when it becomes apparent that a previously published or accepted work significantly misrepresented the quality, veracity, or relevance of the presented results.
Please note that there is NO mail/shipment service of conference materials for IFCES participants.
