Scheduled to take place in the dynamic city of Bursa, Turkey, on a date yet to be determined in 2024, this event is organized in collaboration with the renowned Bursa Uludag University. The conference is dedicated to creating an engaging platform for the exchange of innovative ideas and in-depth discussions in the field of engineered sciences.

 

The ES Annual Conference 2024 is set to be a two-day event featuring a variety of engaging activities, including keynote speeches, thematic discussions, and presentations covering various aspects of engineered sciences. This year's primary focus, "Clean Water and Sustainable Energy," aims to delve into groundbreaking advancements and technological innovations that are transforming engineering practices worldwide.

 

Bursa Uludag University is a significant educational institution located in Turkey. Established in 1975, it has grown to become one of the country's leading universities. Morning Session:

Our inaugural day commences with an Inaugural Ceremony and thought-provoking keynote addresses from distinguished figures in engineered sciences. Engage in diverse thematic sessions covering Advanced Materials, Renewable Energy, Robotics, Biomedical Engineering, Smart Cities, and more, fostering discussions and knowledge exchange.

Afternoon Session:

Best Paper Award

Criteria: The Best Paper Award at ES Annual Conference, 2024 acknowledges outstanding contributions in Engineered Science Publisher Journals. Papers eligible for consideration demonstrate exceptional innovation, methodological rigor, impactful results, and clarity in presentation.

Selection Process: An esteemed panel of judges, comprised of experts and authorities in various engineering disciplines, will review and evaluate eligible papers based on their novelty, scientific significance, methodology, and overall contribution to the field.

Recognition: The authors of the selected paper will be honored with the prestigious Best Paper Award during the ES Conclave 2023 Award Ceremony. This accolade recognizes the exemplary research and significant impact made within the engineering sciences domain.

ES Fellow Award

Purpose: ES Fellow recognition at ES Conclave 2023 aims to honor individuals who have demonstrated outstanding contributions, leadership, and profound impact within the field of engineered sciences over a sustained period.

Selection Criteria: ES Fellows are nominated and selected based on their significant research contributions, exemplary leadership, influential mentorship, and overall impact on advancing knowledge and innovation in engineered sciences.

Acknowledgment: ES Fellows will be recognized during a special ceremony at ES Conclave 2023, where their exceptional achievements and enduring contributions to the field will be celebrated. This recognition symbolizes their pivotal role in shaping the landscape of engineered sciences.

Benefits: ES Fellows will receive a prestigious designation, and a certificate of recognition, and will be acknowledged prominently within the Engineered Science community.

4. Conference guidelines

Registration and payment are mandatory for attendance.

Early registration ensures paper inclusion in the final online publication.

Each paper presentation requires at least one registered delegate.

A delegate may present a maximum of two papers orally or via interactive display.

Paper Submissions Overview:

Abstracts:

· Authors must submit a concise, one-page abstract (within 300 words) in English.

· Clearly delineate the technical contribution's content and relevance.

· Include paper title, author names, affiliations, email addresses, and designate corresponding and presenting authors.

· Abstract submissions via the Abstract Submission system are encouraged.

 

Full-length Papers:

· Authors of accepted abstracts are invited (but not obliged) to submit full papers ranging from 5–10 pages.

· These papers undergo evaluation by session organizers and/or committee members.

· Accepted and presented full papers will be integrated into the final ES Conclave proceedings post-conference.

· Paper presentation necessitates registration and payment of the conference fee.

Journal Publication:

 

Exceptional full-paper submissions might be recommended for publication in esteemed journals such as Engineered Science, ES Materials & Manufacturing, ES Energy & Environment, ES Food & Agroforestry, ES General, and Advanced Composites and Hybrid Materials.

Journal policies for conference publications include:

· Papers must be at least 5 pages long.

· Content overlap with prior publications should not exceed 30%.

· Adequate referencing proportional to the work is essential.

· Papers must align with journal scopes, present accurate results, and meet language standards.

· The publisher reserves the right to retract publication if significant misrepresentation of quality, accuracy, or relevance is detected.
